If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the platform.

These Terms include the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Legal Disclosures.

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts.
• You may not use Zenith where use is prohibited by local law or sanctions.
• You are responsible for ensuring your brokerage and exchange access is lawful.

Zenith provides software tools for strategy automation, signal handling, and broker connectivity.

Zenith is not a broker-dealer, exchange, custodian, or investment adviser.

Orders are placed through third-party integrations that you configure and authorize.

• Provide accurate information during registration and keep it current.
• Protect credentials, API keys, and device/session access.
• Notify support immediately about suspected unauthorized access.
• You are responsible for activity initiated from your account credentials.

You agree not to misuse the service. Prohibited activity includes:

• Reverse engineering, scraping, abusing rate limits, or bypassing controls.
• Uploading malware, unauthorized scripts, or harmful code.
• Using Zenith to facilitate illegal activity or market manipulation.
• Reselling, sublicensing, or copying platform content without permission.

IMPORTANT: TRADING INVOLVES RISK OF SIGNIFICANT LOSS, INCLUDING LOSS OF ALL CAPITAL.

• Past performance, simulations, and backtests are not guarantees of future results.
• Automated execution can fail due to latency, outages, stale data, or third-party interruptions.
• Zenith does not provide investment, legal, tax, or financial advice.
• You are solely responsible for position sizing, leverage, and execution outcomes.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zenith is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, data, or trading opportunity.

Where liability cannot be excluded, Zenith's total aggregate liability is limited to fees paid by you to Zenith in the 3 months before the claim arose.

• You may stop using the service at any time.
• Zenith may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations, security risk, or legal obligation.
• On termination, your right to use Zenith ends immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, excluding conflict-of-law rules.

Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in New York, New York, unless applicable law requires another forum.

• These Terms are the entire agreement regarding use of Zenith.
• If one provision is unenforceable, remaining provisions remain in effect.
• Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
• We may modify these Terms with notice; continued use after the effective date means acceptance.

By accessing or using Zenith, you acknowledge and accept these Terms.
